Sim joined Grant Stanley in 2022 as the Accounts and Payroll Manager, working closely with the Directors to ensure smooth operations across the company.

Since joining, he has become an invaluable team member, implementing new processes and software changes to improve the efficiency of the expanding group. Known for achieving the impossible and his troubleshooting skills, Sim’s relaxed approach and sharp sense of humour have made him one of the most popular members of the team.
