Kunal Vekaria

Kunal is a Chartered Surveyor with over a decade of experience as a Building Surveyor, working across the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors. He brings a strong technical and practical understanding to every instruction.

Kunal’s specialisms include Party Wall matters, residential design and building surveying. He is known for providing clear, considered and pragmatic advice, underpinned by a thorough understanding of construction, design and building performance.

Kunal takes the time to understand each client’s specific requirements, ensuring that his advice is aligned with their objectives and delivered in a clear and commercially sensible manner. His hands-on approach and attention to detail allow him to anticipate potential issues early and guide projects efficiently from inception through to completion.

Outside of work, Kunal has a strong interest in construction and the built environment. He has renovated his own home and designed and constructed his outbuilding, giving him valuable first-hand insight into the challenges faced by clients. He also enjoys cooking and exploring new cuisines.
