Ben Berlin

Ben is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and is a director at JMC. He graduated from Salford University with a First Class Honours Degree in Property Management and Investment.

Ben is head of our Manchester office and leads the commercial department with an eagle eye, specialising in landlord and tenant negotiations, including rent reviews and lease renewals.

Ben’s fine attention to detail means he’s aware of the smallest aspect of every project or case. His meticulous nature, coupled with his commercial savviness makes him a very adept high-level negotiator. Seeing a deal through from start to finish is paramount to him.

Originally from North London, Ben has stuck to his roots and is still a Spurs fan. He’s not having much luck with his kids though; they support the ‘Red’ half of Manchester.
