LPA Receivers

Appointing a Property or Fixed Charge Received is a cost-effective way of recovering a debt secured by a fixed charge.

• We are typically paid from the proceeds of the asset sale or from the income generated by the property during their appointment. This means that the bank does not usually bear the cost of the receiver’s services upfront.
