Michael Goldschmidt
Michael is a property professional with over 13 years’ experience across surveying and real estate.
He started out in 2012 at a boutique London firm, working across development, management, and surveying roles. Over the years, he contributed to major London projects and led the property management team, overseeing a wide range of residential and commercial assets.
At Grant Stanley, Michael brings a hands-on, practical understanding of the property world. While he comes from a general surveying background, Michael’s work increasingly involves building surveying, including expert witness and pre-acquisition surveys.
He holds a surveying degree from Westminster University and a property management qualification from the Lander Institution — plus a coaching certification he rarely gets to use!
Outside of work, Michael enjoys time with his young family, studying ancient writings, and getting outdoors. He’s a keen hiker and cyclist, especially when back in his beautiful native Switzerland. He speaks English and German fluently, and has a working knowledge of a couple of other languages too.
