Shaya is a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 14 years of experience in the Construction and Property market.

He possess a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise and advises clients and their stakeholders. Understanding the client’s specific needs and requirements, Shaya provides early cost advice, feasibility studies, and advises on the best procurement routes and strategies. He is the project lead working with different design teams, managing cost and acting as contract administrator. He has worked on construction projects across the UK, covering London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester. These instructions covered a range of sectors including substantial high-end Residential Office, Retail and Industrial projects. He is enthusiastic, personable and approachable and has great attention to detail. These all help deliver quality projects for his clients time and time again.

Outside of work, Shaya enjoys playing football with his son, and spending time with his wife and children.
