With over 10 years of experience in the services sector, Vicki continue to utilise her well-honed custmer services sector, Vicki continues to utilise her well honed customer service and management skills. She is the Operations Manager to the Building Surveying department and her organisatin skills and ability to stay calm under pressure makes her so good at what she does. She is very approachable and fun to be around, adding a great vibe to the office atmosphere! In her spare time, if you don’t find Vicki in her garden up to her elbows in compost, then its likely she will be sunning herslf on some far-flung shore.

Lorraine joined as an Executive Assistant in the Manchester office, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge spanning over 30 years of experience within multinational organisations. She currently moved to the role of Operations Manager, handling HR and daily office operational duties, alongside assisting the Manchester Valuations Team. Known for her dedicated work ethic and sense of humour, Lorraine blends professionalism with approachability.

Outside of work, she enjoys both early morning gym classes and long countryside walks with her family and their French bulldog!

Danielle is Grant Stanley’s longest-serving team member, with over 30 years of dedicated service. She began her journey with the firm as an Administrator and, through her deep knowledge of the valuations sector and unwavering commitment, has become an integral part of the business.

Now serving as Operations Manager for the London office, Danielle plays a key role in the day-to-day coordination of the Surveying Team; managing instructions and inspection schedules, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of Valuation Reports, and driving operational efficiency across the board.

Her extensive experience in handling complex client requirements, along with her deep understanding of the property market, makes her a trusted and respected figure both within the company and among clients. Known for her calm demeanour and great sense of humour, Danielle combines professionalism with approachability in everything she does.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys creating makeup tutorials for her followers and taking leisurely walks around town with her dog.
